The Briton 376 Series of escape hardware consists of a vertical panic bolt, rim panic latch and a mortice night latch operator. Each product is operated by a horizontal push bar which, when pushed in a downward arc, withdraws either the bolts or the latch, releasing the door for immediate escape in the event of an emergency.

– Vertical panic bolt device.
– Suitable for doors up to 1300 mm wide and 2500 mm high, with an optional extended top rod for doors to 3350mm.

Features

Reversible with two point locking.
Suitable for single and double door applications.
Non-handed – suitable for both left and right handed doors.
For rebated doors, a minimum stile width of 78 mm is required for 13 mm rebates and 90 mm for 25 mm rebates.
Not suitable for fire doors.
Anti-thrust device is also standard with the 376E to prevent unauthorised retraction of the latchbolt.
Adjustable top and bottom shoots along with an easy clean socket.
Provides security against unauthorised entry.
