Mortice locks are widely used in commercial applications where the lock is concealed in the door by cutting a slot or pocket where the lock is fiited. We supply and install Mortice Locks for Timber and Aluminium doors.

Components that are required for a Mortice Lock installations are:

  • The Mortice lock body
  • Internal and External handles
  • A strike plate for the lock latch.
  • A Keyed Cylinder

Composed of a body, shackle, and a locking mechanism, padlocks are portable locks used to protect against theft. Most padlocks have a “U” shaped shackle that slides out of the padlock body and swings when in the unlocked position.

Digital locksets are designed to:

  • Control access into commercial areas, especially when frequent combination changes are needed to maintain security.
  • Provide a mechanical method of keyless entry. As the digital lockset utilizes mechanical operation, electrical wiring is not required.
     
Under forced attack, some models have an inbuilt clutching mechanism that allows the outside knob to rotate without operating or damaging the lock.
 
Selected existing locksets can be converted to digital by removing the lock cylinder and introducing a digital access pad to provide keyless entry.
 



Lever Locksets incorporate a cylindrical chassis design and offer excellent security and durability for a range of commercial and residential applications.

A deadbolt or deadlock cannot be moved to the open position without using a key to rotate the lock cylinder and retract the locking bolt. A deadbolt is more secure than a latch and come in following varieties:

  • Single cylinder:  Cylinder on the outside and turn snib on the inside
  • Double cylinder: Cylinders on the inside and outside.
  • Exit Only: No external cylinder, turn snib on the inside

Locking Bolts are surface mounted and bolster the security on a door by adding another locking point. They can be fitted to timber or aluminium doors. These doors can sliding doors or swinging doors. 

There are Locking bolts for residential and commercial use. Most Locking bolts can be keyed into a Master Keyed system.

Panic Bars allow doors to burst open in an emergency situation by the single action of pushing on a horizontal bar fitted across the width of the door.
